Review 1 :No longer take any allergy medication, and have suffered from severe sinus infections in the winter months. I have not suffered from one sinus infection since being on Nutrilite Double X. This is an awesome product! It is not a cheap supplement, but very much needed. Sure beats paying for antibiotics numerous times a year!

Nutrition and how it affects aging
Well I was checking out bodybuilding website as usual and i came across this interesting article. It talks about how proper nutrition helps to fight against aging.
The first thing they mention in the article is on Vitamins, Minerals & Herbs.
Surpringly, that's what NutriliteX's Double X emphasizes on. Basically DoubleX has everything inside : vitamin, mineral, and plant concentrate (similar to herbs). Well I do take multivitamin (together with Vitamin C,E,Salmon Oil, Glucosamine for my knee joint - looks like alot!) everyday but i do know that I am lacking in the herbs/plant concentrate department. I never thought about that until today.
